The Autoimmune Paleo Cookbook – A Comprehensive Guide with Meal Plans and Recipes
Hey guys, it’s Keith Nevada! I recently received the first copy of my new cookbook, and I wanted to give you a sneak peek. Many of you have been patiently waiting for this book, and I want to thank you for your support. In this article, I’ll show you the differences between the e-book version and the physical copy.
What’s New in the Cookbook?
The book has undergone a complete redesign with a lot more photos – around 170 of them! I’ve also updated the food lists, including the foods to avoid and the ones to include. You’ll find plenty of information on nutrient density, managing autoimmune diseases, and even tips on reintroducing foods.
Sections of the Cookbook
The first section provides an overview of the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP). In the next section, I guide you on stocking your kitchen with pantry essentials. You’ll also find simple recipes like bone broth, fermented foods and beverages, and various cooking fats. Additionally, I share useful tools and some tips and tricks to make your transition to the AIP easier.
Meal Plans
One of the most sought-after aspects of the cookbook is the meal plans. I have planned out meals for every day of the week. The maroon-colored meal options require you to cook from scratch, while the black options are already prepped. This saves you a significant amount of time in the kitchen. What’s more, I’ve included shopping lists for all the meal plans.
Recipes
I’ve included a wide range of recipes, including dressings, sauces, appetizers, and more. Each recipe comes with a photo, so you can see what the final dish will look like. I’ve even managed to fit two recipes on a single page in some cases.
Additional Resources
Lastly, I’ve compiled a list of resources for further information, including food sourcing, informative books, and helpful groups. These resources will enhance your AIP journey.
Thank you for checking out this preview of my cookbook, and a special thanks to all who supported my IndieGoGo campaign. If you’ve pre-ordered the book, it will be released on Amazon on March 31st, and you’ll receive your copies soon. I can’t wait to share this culinary adventure with you all. Stay tuned!
