Audiobook Recommendations For This Uncertain Time

I know not everyone is an audiobook fan. In this current climate, I’ve been having a difficult time focusing on reading. I have essentially infinite free time but I’ve been struggling to sit down and read. Audiobooks have been my saving grace. I imagine many people are having similar struggles.

I thought I would recommend some great audiobooks for a newbie or anyone looking a great story to take them away.

Giveaway: Thorn by Intisar Khanani

I fell in love with Thorn by Intisar Khanani years ago. Here we are years later and HarperTeen fell in love with the story as well. Thorn has been reworked and republished. I’m so excited for you to get your hands on it!

This has not been the ideal time to release a book so I thought I’d shower Thorn with a little extra love. I’m giving away 1 Kindle copy to a US reader so you can start reading ASAP. [US only; 13+ older only]

Book Box Guesses: April 2020

It’s no secret that I’m a book box lover. Part of the fun is trying to guess the upcoming month’s books (even if I don’t subscribe). Here’s a round up of what I think will be in the upcoming month’s boxes. I’ll update this post as new themes are revealed.

If you’d like to play along, drop your guesses in the comments and I’ll add them to the post! If you think I’m wrong. please leave a comment as to which book is a better fit.

Let me know if I’m missing a box you think should be added to the list.

I STRONGLY urge you to research a box before buying or subscribing. There’s been some shady behavior lately and you don’t want to get caught up in it.

Book Box guesses

I don’t know which boxes/shipping times have been affected by COVID-19. Ask the box owners/read the captions of their Instagram posts.
