Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity | Pre-order now, available 3/28/23

Hey everyone, I have a little update to share with you today. For the past six years, I’ve been working on a book called “Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity.” It’s been a long journey, but I’m thrilled to announce that it will be released on March 28th. I wanted to show you the cover of the book, which was designed by Rodrigo Carell and his team.

Creating the cover was a challenging process, and it took us until two weeks ago to finalize the design. But now, it’s done, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

The book is now available for pre-orders at all major online book retailers. If you’re interested, you can go ahead and reserve your copy. I understand that many of you have questions about the book and the writing process. I’ve been contemplating doing a podcast to discuss these topics and answer your queries. If there is enough interest, I will be more than happy to record a podcast in the next couple of weeks. Let’s see how many questions you leave in the comments of this post.

Finishing this book has been quite a journey. It’s been like running a marathon; hard, but ultimately rewarding. Looking back, I’m grateful that I didn’t know how tough it would be when I started six years ago. The book required countless hours of writing, rewriting, and starting over. But now that I’m at the finish line, I can confidently say that it has all been worth it.

While I recognize that the information in books like these can become outdated over time, I have made every effort to make this book relevant for years to come. My objective was to shape the content in a way that it adds value to your life not only on its release date but well into the future. Whether you read it on March 28th or in 2033, I believe it will still have something meaningful to offer.

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of you for your support and involvement in this project. Your questions and enthusiasm have kept me motivated. If you have any more questions, please leave them in the comments, and we will do our best to address them in a podcast before the book’s release on March 28th.
