Weight Loss Grocery Haul & Meal Prep | Sprouts & Kroger | Weekly WW Points | Weight Watchers

Welcome to my article! I’m excited to share with you what I picked up during my grocery shopping trip. In this web post, I’ll show you the items I bought, what’s on my menu for the week, and what you can expect in my upcoming meal prep.

I started by visiting Sprouts, where I found some delicious kiwi turnovers on clearance. I also picked up shredded chicken and an organic cucumber-melon water that’s both refreshing and low in calories.

Next, I went to Kroger and found some great deals on meat, including organic ground beef and a discounted pack of double cheddar crackers. I also grabbed tortillas, hamburger buns, Idahoan potatoes (in loaded baked potato and Monterey pepper jack flavors), fire roasted diced tomatoes, pickled beets, milk, and paper plates. Lastly, I stocked up on a variety of fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, and grape tomatoes.

Now, let’s dive into what I’ll be cooking this week. On Sunday, I’ll be making delicious burger bowls. Monday’s menu includes chicken tinga tacos, a recipe I’ll be sharing in Wednesday’s post. Tuesday and Wednesday will be leftovers, and on Thursday, we’ll enjoy burgers on the grill.

I can’t wait to share my meal prep for Monday. I have some exciting recipes planned, including Chia lemon and strawberry zucchini muffins for breakfast, chicken burrito bowls for lunch, and a blueberry peach crisp for snacking. Be sure to check back on Monday for the full recipes!
